Request an appointment online, by phone, or in chat. We confirm your coverage for free first, or set up the sliding-fee discount, so cost is settled before you arrive.
Meet your provider
Your first visit covers your history, medications, and what matters to you. Bring your ID, insurance card if you have one, and your questions.
Leave with a plan
A treatment plan, prescriptions if needed, referrals arranged, and your next visit on the calendar. From then on, this is your medical home.

No insurance, or not sure what you have? You are still welcome, and our team helps you apply for Medi-Cal.

Yes, that is the point: kids, parents, and grandparents can all be cared for by one organization, often at the same center, with records that connect.
