Who we are
Health Service Alliance is a nonprofit network of six community health centers serving the Inland Empire, from Chino to Palm Desert, and an HRSA-designated FQHC Look-Alike: a formal commitment to caring for everyone, whatever their income or coverage. For more than ten years, our teams have cared for the families of this region.
Health Service Alliance provides comprehensive and integrated primary medical and behavioral health services to the residents of our communities. One organization, one record, one team that talks to each other, so your care is coordinated instead of scattered.
What we believe
Three values guide every visit, at every center.
- Compassion: care that starts with listening, and treats every patient with dignity
- Community: we live here too, and better health for the Inland Empire is the whole mission
- Inclusivity: equitable care for every family, in every circumstance, insured or not
