Step 2: Coverage, sorted before you arrive
We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, IEHP, and most major plans, and we confirm your coverage for free before your visit so there are no surprises.
No insurance? You are still welcome: our sliding-fee scale adjusts costs to your household income, and nobody is turned away for inability to pay. And our team helps patients apply for Medi-Cal, start to finish.

Step 3: What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of medications you take, with doses if you know them
- Records or referral papers from a previous doctor, if you have them
- Proof of income (a pay stub works) if you are applying for the sliding-fee discount
- Your questions: write them down, no question is too small
Step 4: Your first visit
Plan for a little extra time at the front desk for first-visit paperwork; bringing the items above makes it quick. Your provider will go through your history, your medications, and what brought you in, and together you will make a plan.
Before you leave, you will know your next step: a follow-up, a referral, a prescription, or simply a clean bill of health. Current patients can see records, results, and messages any time in the secure patient portal.
