Welcome to Health Service Alliance
Good care, close to home, without barriers.
You are welcome here.
Health Service Alliance is a network of community health centers serving the Inland Empire, from Chino to Palm Desert. We believe every family deserves quality health care, whatever their income or coverage.
Health Service Alliance provides comprehensive and integrated primary medical and behavioral health services to the residents of our communities.
One visit can cover a lot here: a checkup for you, vaccines for your kids, and a counseling appointment, in the same building, often on the same day.
We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, IEHP, and most major plans. If you are uninsured, our sliding-fee scale adjusts costs to your income, and our team helps you apply for Medi-Cal.
Current patients can reach records, results, and messages any time through our secure patient portal.
